I’m a food and travel blogger, but I’m also a mom. That means I have to juggle my time between cooking, cleaning, writing, and taking care of my family. It can be tough, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I love being able to share my passion for food and travel with the world, and I especially love doing it as a mom. Being a mom is the best job in the world, but it comes with its own set of challenges. One of the biggest challenges is finding time to do everything that needs to be done.
Between work, school, extracurricular activities, and just everyday life, it can be hard to find time to cook dinner let alone blog about it. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to make moms’ lives easier by sharing quick and easy recipes that are both delicious and healthy. In addition to sharing recipes on my blog, I also love to write about my travels.
As a mom, I know how important it is to get out there and explore the world with your kids. But I also know that planning a trip can be daunting. That’s why I like to share tips and tricks for traveling with kids in tow.

What Inspired You to Start a Travel Food Lifestyle Blog
When I was younger, one of my favorite things to do was explore new places. I loved learning about different cultures and trying new foods. As I got older, I realized that not everyone has the opportunity to travel as much as they would like.
That’s when I decided to start a travel food lifestyle blog. I wanted to create a platform where people could vicariously experience all the amazing places and foods out there in the world. I also wanted to share tips and tricks for those who do have the opportunity to travel, so they can make the most of their experiences.
Now, every time I sit down to write a new post, I get excited about sharing another part of the world with my readers. Whether it’s a small town in Italy or a hidden gem restaurant in New York City, there’s always something new and exciting to discover. So if you’re looking for some armchair travel inspiration or practical tips for your next trip, be sure to check out my blog!
What are Some of Your Favorite Places to Travel And Eat
There’s nothing quite like experiencing a new place, and part of that is trying the local cuisine. Here are some of my favorite places to travel and eat:
Spain – I love Spanish food, from the simple but delicious tapas to more complex Paella dishes.
And of course, no trip to Spain would be complete without sampling some of the country’s world-famous wines. France – Another great European destination for foodies. From elegant Michelin-starred restaurants to more casual bistros, there’s something for everyone in France.
And don’t even get me started on the desserts! Italy – Another obvious choice for anyone who loves good food. Italy is home to some of the world’s best pasta dishes, pizzas and gelato.
Plus, it’s a great place to enjoy a glass (or two) of wine. Thailand – For those who like their food with a bit of spice, Thailand is a must-visit destination. Thai curries and noodles dishes are among some of my favorites.
And be sure to try out the street food too – it’s often surprisingly good!
What are Your Top Tips for Living a Divine Lifestyle While Traveling With Kids
Assuming you would like tips for traveling with kids:
1. Plan Ahead: This is important for any trip, but especially when traveling with kids. Have a loose plan of what you’d like to do each day and make sure to factor in some down time.
Nothing is worse than over-scheduling yourself and your little ones while on vacation. 2. Pack Light: Again, this is good advice for any type of travel, but it’s especially helpful when bringing children along. The less stuff you have to lug around, the better.
Plus, it will be easier to keep track of everyone and everything if your belongings are limited. 3. Bring Snacks: Kids (and adults) get hangry. Avoid meltdowns by having snacks on hand at all times.
Choose healthy options that will tide everyone over until the next meal without weigh them down too much – think granola bars or fruit leathers rather than candy or chips. 4. Be Flexible: Things will inevitably go wrong when you’re traveling with kids – flights will be delayed, plans will fall through, etcetera. The best thing you can do is roll with the punches and go with the flow as much as possible.
How Do You Balance Work And Travel While Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle
Assuming you would like tips for how to balance work and travel while maintaining a healthy lifestyle:
1. Make time for yourself: When you’re on the go, it’s easy to let your own needs fall by the wayside. Be sure to schedule some “me time” into your itinerary, even if it’s just 30 minutes in the morning or evening to read, meditate or take a walk.
This will help you rejuvenate and be better prepared to take on whatever comes your way. 2. Eat healthy: It can be tempting to indulge when you’re traveling, but try to stick with healthy options as much as possible. Bring along snacks like fruits and nuts, and look for local restaurants that serve fresh, nutritious meals.
Avoid processed foods and excessive amounts of sugar and salt. 3. Stay active: Just because you’re not at home doesn’t mean you can’t stay active on the road. If your hotel has a gym, make use of it!
Or go for a run or walk outside in the fresh air. Many cities also offer fitness classes like yoga or Pilates – sign up for one of these to explore your new surroundings while getting some exercise at the same time.
